Cook until the onions and zucchini begin to soften
Add the garlic and cook until it gets fragrant. About 2 minutes
Add the crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning
Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer
Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning.

I’ve tried this different ways but not with the zucchini ,am going to make it with the zucchini , probably tom night. Youve got me wanting it since I seen the pic haha .
